Talha Automation provides web design, automation and voice AI services. These terms apply to all projects and services offered through our website and onboarding process.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide (texts, images, logos, files) does not infringe third‑party rights. You retain ownership of your materials but grant us a licence to use them for the purpose of building your website.
Project timelines, prices and payment terms will be agreed upon separately before the start of your project. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Failure to pay may result in delays or suspension of services.
All design work created by Talha Automation remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, we assign to you all rights necessary to use and host the delivered website. We may showcase the project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
We strive to deliver high‑quality services. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. We are not responsible for damages arising from external services, third‑party platforms or incorrect information provided by you.
You may cancel the project at any time. Depending on the stage of work, we reserve the right to invoice for services already performed. In the event of cancellation, we will provide you with all work completed up to that point.
We collect personal data such as your name, contact details, business information, content for your website and files you upload. We use this data solely to prepare and execute your project. The legal basis for processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Your data will be shared only with partners or service providers necessary for completing your project (e.g., hosting providers, communication platforms). We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards.
We retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing or as required by law. You have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, and portability of your personal data. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. We may update these terms and our privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law or our services. We will inform you of significant changes via email or on our website.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hannover, Germany.
